The Don Bosco Brother Sun Hostel for Youth was opened in 2007 as a service to young people who visit Sihanoukville and need a safe, economical and recommended place to stay while visiting the beaches of the International Sea Port of Cambodia. It is a kind of inn as a social service for young people.

What we have

* A kitchen (you can cook your own food or contract with the administration to provide this service).
* If the group is made by males and females, there are two spaces to separate them if they prefer.
* The house can accept groups of not more than 60 persons.
* There are two rooms for groups. They sleep on the floor (we provide mats).
* There is a bedroom with two beds and a private toilet.
* There are enough toilets and showers for big groups.
* The guests can use the sport areas of the Don Bosco Compound.
* The place is clean and safe (it is inside the compound of the school with private security.
* It is 2 kilometers away from the Central Market (Psah Leu) and 3 kilometers away from O’Cheatel Beach.
* If you want to move to the beach from the Hostel, we can call Tuk Tuk services for you.
* It is near the Restaurant of the Hotel School.

Rates per night in US Dollars

1. Groups of 20 – 40 persons: $50.
2. Groups of 50 – 60 persons: $70.
3. Individual persons: $5.

Food

The Hostel has not a regular cook.

1. You can cook yourself. In that case, you have to pay only the use of tha gas and electricity ($5 per day).
2. When you book the service, you can ask to have a cook (an average of $15 per day if breakfast/lunch/dinner).
3. You can buy the food in the Central Market (2 kilometers away from the Hostel). It is cheaper (an average of $2 meal). You can ask we do it for you… waiting the commission. :)
4. You can contract the service of the restaurant of the Hotel School (an average of $6 meal). If you want to do so, book such service here. You can visit that restaurant as well or take meals at the beach (Don Bosco Sihanoukville is going to open soon its own restaurant at O’Cheteal Beach).
