Vision & Mission

We envision an educative pastoral community that provides integral quality and relevant technical training skills to the youth in need, especially the poor, in the spirit of the Preventive System of Don Bosco and through professional management for them to be good examples in society.

General goals:

  • Educate young people in technical training as a way to give them tools and strengthen their talents to be able to become a better person for themselves and society.
  • Produce a friendly atmosphere for children and youth to express themselves in a responsible manner.

Specific goals:

  1. Provides integral quality and relevant technical training skills to at least 250 young people every year to better meet the needs of partner companies.
  2. Being an educational community focused on helping poor youth gain the proper skills for their employment.
  3. Teachers and staff are competent enough to carry out their work and be role models for the youth with the spirit of the Don Bosco Preventive System.
  4. Enhance the quality of leadership and management, which has conducive atmosphere for human capacity development and highly dedicated team.
  5. Enhance the self-sustainability through quality of production and services.

Objectives

Target Groups

Offer technical education to poor young people who find difficulty in joining the national stream of development, so that they can break out their cycle of poverty.

Young people who have finished 9 to 12th grade. These youth are from rural areas with limited economic resources, are orphans, and/or abandoned youth. Younger children in similar circumstances are sponsored through DBCF in order for them to finish 12th grade.
