Specific goals:
- Provides integral quality and relevant technical training skills to at least 250 young people every year to better meet the needs of partner companies.
- Being an educational community focused on helping poor youth gain the proper skills for their employment.
- Teachers and staff are competent enough to carry out their work and be role models for the youth with the spirith of the Don Bosco Preventive System.
- Enhance the quality of leadership and management, which has conducive atmosphere for human capacity development and highly dedicated team.
- Enhance the self-sustainability through quality of production and services.

These youth are from rural areas with limited economic resources, are orphans, and/or abandoned youth.
