Sihanoukville: June 28, 2024 at the Don Bosco Technical School Sihanoukville, to gratitude and appreciate toward Salesians and their teachers, about 200 young people organized the gratitude day with traditional dances, performance, music and singing as a way to express their love and gratitude. Then teachers and students also offering gift for Salesians.

Fr. Eugene, rector of the Don Bosco Sihanoukville encourage young people to be a good students and citizens of their society by being always grateful to all the people around us and all other life who contribute for our wellbeing.

Sihanoukville: June 21, 2024 the Don Bosco Technical School organized an academic visit to the General Tires Technology company, one of the company partners who play very important role in supporting students internship and employment. Today visit is a great opportunity for the students to observe and understanding the flow of tires production as well as to understand about the job environment and opportunity.

Sihanoukville: From 10 to 13 of October 2022, there are 65 staff both technical school and hotel personnel has join a seminar on “Strenna 2022 & introduce to Strenna 2023” including deepening the understanding and application of “Don Bosco Preventive System”. Leading by Fr. Them Nguyen. SDB, former provincial of Vietnam province.

As the educator in the Salesian school, It is not easy or simple because we have to understanding many things especially we have to understand the method of Don Bosco’s teaching which is “Don Bosco Preventive System”. We need to imitate and understand the right context of what Don Bosco wanted us be “Be the Salesian for today youth, not for past”. Therefore, coming together and refreshing our knowledge about the love for children and young people are necessary to ensure that Don Bosco identity and spirit are continue living among Salesian family in Sihanoukville, said Fr. Them.
